dc.description.abstractМета. Метою експериментальних досліджень було зняття навантажувальної характеристики дизельного двигуна 6 ЧН 26/34, та визначення характеру змін викидів токсичних компонентів (оксиду вуглецю СО та оксиду азоту NОх) від навантаження при роботі на двигуна на соєвій олії. Методика. Комплекс робіт включав в себе етап з випробувань дизеля 6 ЧН 26/34, яке було здійснено в ході дослідних робіт на підприємстві «Первомайськдизельмаш». В ході даного випробування знімалися кількісні показники викидів відпрацьованих газів. Для даного дослідження було використано прилад Testo 350. Результати. В ході експериментального дослідження було отримано кількісні результати викидів компонентів. Робота дала можливість отримати для трьох режимів навантаження дані по таким компонентам відпрацьованих газів як: кисень, діоксид вуглецю, монооксид вуглецю та оксиди азоту. Аналіз отриманих результатівоброблених протоколів дослідження показав зростання для всіх компонентів із збільшенням навантаження окрім кисню. Наукова новизна. Вперше отримані експериментальні результати кількісних показників викидів СО, NOx для дизельного двигуна 6 ЧН 26/34 працюючого на соєвій олії. Також було визначено характер зміни викидів оксиду вуглецю СО та оксиду азоту в залежності від навантаження двигуна. Практична значимість. Представлені результати експериментальних досліджень роботи дизельного двигуна 6 ЧН 26/34 на соєвій олії можуть бути використані при конвертації дизельних двигунів для роботи на біопаливі.
dc.description.abstract1Purpose. The purpose of the experimental studies was to remove the load characteristics of the diesel engine 6 CN 26/34, and to determine the nature of changes in emissions of toxic components (carbon monoxide CO and nitric oxide NOx) from the load when operating on the engine on soybean oil. Methodology. The complex of works included a stage for testing a diesel engine 6 CN 26/34, which was carried out during research work at the Pervomaiskdieselmash enterprise. During this test, quantitative indicators of exhaust gas emissions were removed. For this study, the Testo 350 device was used. Results. During the experimental study, quantitative results of component emissions were obtained. The work made it possible to obtain data for three load modes on such components of exhaust gases as: oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides. Analysis of the results of the processed study protocols showed an increase for all components with increasing load except oxygen. Scientific novelty. Experimental results of quantitative indicators of CO, NOx emissions for a diesel engine 6 CN 26/34 running on soybean oil were obtained for the first time. The nature of the change in emissions of carbon monoxide, CO and nitric oxide depending on the engine load was also determined. Practical significance. The presented results of experimental studies of the operation of a diesel engine 6 CN 26/34 on soybean oil can be used in the conversion of diesel engines to run on biofuels.
