dc.description.abstractДослідження та удосконалення технології механічної обробки меблевих композиційних матеріалів є актуальним напрямком в сучасній індустрії меблевого виробництва. Меблеві композиційні матеріали, такі, як фіберглас, МДФ, ДСП та інші, володіють унікальними властивостями, проте їхнє оптимальне використання часто залежить від ефективних методів обробки. Ця дослідницька робота спрямована на вивчення та оптимізацію процесів механічної обробки меблевих композиційних матеріалів з метою підвищення якості кінцевого продукту та ефективності виробництва. В роботі детально розглядаються властивості матеріалів, вплив різних методів обробки, таких як фрезерування, токаріння, різання та полірування, на структуру та механічні характеристики. Особлива увага приділяється впровадженню новітніх технологічних рішень, включаючи використання числового керування обладнанням, абразивно-інструментальних матеріалів та альтернативних методів обробки, що сприяють зменшенню втрат матеріалу та підвищенню точності обробки. Результати дослідження будуть корисними для виробників меблів, проектувальників та науковців, що працюють у сфері розвитку нових технологій обробки матеріалів, спрямованих на вдосконалення меблевого виробництва в забезпеченні оптимальних характеристик та естетичної якості меблів.
dc.description.abstract1Research and improvement of the technology of mechanical processing of furniture composite materials is an actual direction in the modern industry of furniture production. Furniture composite materials such as fiberglass, MDF, chipboard and others have unique properties, but their optimal use often depends on effective processing methods. This research work is aimed at studying and optimizing the processes of mechanical processing of furniture composite materials in order to improve the quality of the final product and the efficiency of production. The paper examines in detail the properties of materials, the influence of various processing methods, such as milling, turning, cutting and polishing, on the structure and mechanical characteristics. Special attention is paid to the implementation of the latest technological solutions, including the use of numerical control of equipment (NCM), abrasive tool materials and alternative processing methods, which contribute to reducing material losses and increasing the accuracy of processing. The results of the research will be useful for furniture manufacturers, designers and scientists working in the field of developing new material processing technologies aimed at improving furniture production in ensuring optimal characteristics and aesthetic quality of furniture.
