dc.description.abstractВ роботі досліджено особливості та проблеми розвитку рекреаційно туристичного потенціалу як базової основи рекреаційної та туристичної діяльності територій природно-заповідного фонду, а також сучасні форми управління рекреаційною діяльністю. Проаналізовано міжнародні підходи та методології виконання природоохоронної місії та сталого розвитку рекреаційної діяльності. Запропоновано формалізоване представлення природоохоронного проекту та побудований кортеж раціонального розподілу рекреаційних ресурсів в межах зон регульованої рекреації.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1In the scientific article, the authors argue of the study prove that at the moment there is a lack of tools for optimizing design decisions for recreational nature use for the development of recreational and tourist potential of parks and natural reserve areas. Therefore, the priority task is to optimize the recreational use of the territory with the redistribution of flows of tourists within the recreational zones of parks nature reserve fund for sustainable balanced development of their recreational and tourist potential. To this end, the authors have developed and proposed a tuple as the basis for constructing a mathematical management model for the effective development of recreational and tourist regions. At the same time, such a management model must also solve the next task that was built as a result of research. Namely, it was discovered that the scientific and methodological approaches of economists to the development of resources are considered in a differentiated way, in some recreational zones. However, considering that the basis of effective development of recreational and tourist activity is the recreational and tourist potential, then there is a need to achieve integrated resource development with a system approach to its formation, construction of zonal interaction of potential opportunities of park territories. In particular, depending on the territorial resource capabilities, there is an objective need for choosing a successful form of their development, on the basis of which a corresponding model of management should be developed. The most attractive, according to the authors, is the formation of clusters, which should solve transport, financial and other listed tasks. The uniqueness of the conditions, the existence of specific constraints, administrative control systems, the complexity of implementation in the conditions of limited resources make the need for profound structural changes in the management of the development of recreational and tourist potential within the regional landscape parks of Ukraine, the development of methodological bases for managing the development of potential as the basis of recreational and tourist activities of territories nature reserve fund.uk_UA
